Great location! 5-10 min walk to the Gulch—can’t beat the price vs. nearby hotels. House was mostly as advertised. A little janky in spots, but clean and comfortable. This home is in Edgehill, a historic neighborhood just south of The Gulch and a short walk from Music Row. Rooftops in this area tend to catch great views of the downtown skyline. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

The Gulch is roughly a 10 minute walk, with rooftop bars, restaurants, and the famous wings mural. Edgehill Village, a cluster of cafes and patios in an old industrial building, is about five minutes on foot.

Lower Broadway is about five minutes by car or around 25 minutes on foot. Rideshares are quick here, and many guests walk to The Gulch for dinner.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
