You're a few blocks west of the Bicentennial Mall here, close to Germantown's restaurants and downtown. It's a great base for groups who want space and convenience. When the weather is nice, the yard is where everyone tends to gather.

Germantown's restaurants on 5th Avenue North are about 15 minutes on foot. First Horizon Park, home of the Nashville Sounds, is about a 15 minute walk. Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park is about a 10 minute walk, with paths, fountains, and views of the Capitol.

The Tennessee State Capitol is roughly a 15 minute walk. We recommend Uber or Lyft for nights out.
