Staying here means you're about as close to downtown as you can be while still in a real neighborhood. It's a great base for groups who want space and convenience.

The Nashville Farmers' Market is roughly a 10 to 15 minute walk. Germantown's restaurants on 5th Avenue North are about 15 minutes on foot. Fisk University and historic Jefferson Street are about 10 minutes away on foot. We love sharing local tips, so just ask.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about five to eight minutes by car. We recommend Uber or Lyft for nights out.
