This home is in Edgehill, a historic neighborhood just south of The Gulch and a short walk from Music Row. It's a great fit for bachelorette weekends, family trips, and everything in between. The rooftop is made for slow mornings with coffee and late nights under the stars.

Music Row and its historic studios are about a 10 minute walk west. Belmont University and the Belmont Mansion are a short drive south.

Downtown, the Music City Center, and Bridgestone Arena are each about five to seven minutes away. Scooters are popular for short trips to The Gulch and Music Row.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 25 miles of Nashville).

Smoke-free property – A $250 fee applies if violated.
