On any given day here, songwriters are working in the bungalows up and down 16th and 17th Avenue South. It's a perfect base for music lovers, college visits to Belmont or Vanderbilt, and bachelorette weekends alike. Come evening, head up to the rooftop and watch the city glow.

Vanderbilt's campus is roughly 15 minutes on foot or a quick drive. Hillsboro Village, home to the Belcourt Theatre and Pancake Pantry, is about five minutes by car.

Midtown and The Gulch are both close enough to walk on a nice evening. We suggest Uber or Lyft for Broadway so you can skip downtown parking.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 25 miles of Nashville).
