On any given day here, songwriters are working in the bungalows up and down 16th and 17th Avenue South. You might pass a famous studio on your way to coffee and never realize it.

The bars and restaurants along Demonbreun Street near the Music Row roundabout are an easy walk for a night out. Historic RCA Studio B, where Elvis and Dolly Parton recorded, is just a few minutes on foot; tours leave from the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The Gulch is about five minutes by car, and Lower Broadway is roughly eight. Scooters and bikes are a fun way to hop between Midtown, The Gulch, and downtown.
