Few places in Nashville feel more musical than these blocks, and I never get tired of walking them. There's creative energy in the air here, especially on weekday mornings.

The Musica statue and Owen Bradley Park sit at the Music Row roundabout, about a 10 minute walk. Belmont University and the Belmont Mansion are roughly a 15 minute walk south. Vanderbilt's campus is roughly 15 minutes on foot or a quick drive.

Downtown is about 1.5 miles away, so rides are short and affordable. We suggest Uber or Lyft for Broadway so you can skip downtown parking.
