I love Franklin for its Main Street, its history, and its slower pace. It's a great fit for families, couples, and anyone visiting Franklin.

The Factory at Franklin, a restored factory full of shops, restaurants, and event spaces, is about a five minute walk. The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, a historic horse farm turned public park, is just up Franklin Road. The Carter House and Carnton, two important Civil War sites, are each about five to ten minutes away.

Downtown Nashville is about 30 to 35 minutes by car. Rideshares are available, though they can take a little longer than in Nashville.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 25 miles of Nashville).

Smoke-free property – A $250 fee applies if violated.
