Your host will be available daily from 8am-11pm via the booking site, app, or by phone. Emergencies outside these hours will be directed to our emergency line. For immediate emergency services (police, fire, medical), please call directly.

This neighborhood sits between Belmont University and the top of 12 South, two of the most loved areas in town. You'll see students, families, and neighbors out walking at all hours. A night in with the games is never a bad plan here.

Sevier Park, a favorite for picnics and playgrounds, is about five minutes away. Hillsboro Village, home to the Belcourt Theatre, is a short drive west. We're happy to point you to our favorite local spots.

Most of Midtown and downtown is within a 10 minute drive. Rideshares arrive quickly in this part of town.
