This townhome sits on Harmony Way in north East Nashville, a newer pocket of homes near Dickerson Pike. Rooftops here often catch great views of the downtown skyline. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

McFerrin Park has a community center, playground, and green space close by. Shelby Bottoms Greenway is about 10 minutes away for walks and bike rides.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 8 to 10 minutes by car. We suggest Uber or Lyft for nights downtown.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 25 miles of Nashville).
