You're staying a short walk from The Factory at Franklin and a quick ride from historic Main Street. Mornings are made for coffee on the porch and a walk to breakfast.

Historic Main Street and the Franklin Theatre are about a 15 to 20 minute walk or a quick drive. The Carter House and Carnton, two important Civil War sites, are each about five to ten minutes away. Leiper's Fork, a tiny village of art galleries and country stores, is about 20 minutes away.

Cool Springs shopping is roughly 10 minutes away. Many guests walk to dinner and drive for day trips.

We are within walking distance to Historic Franklin

Directly next to Harlinsdale Farm (The Park at Harlinsdale is a 200-acre park that has been called the most significant historic farm associated with the modern Tennessee Walking Horse industry.)

The City of Franklin Parks Department maintains several river access points for those who enjoy canoeing/kayaking, fishing or swimming on the beautiful Harpeth River. Those access points are listed below. (See map at bottom of page)
