You're staying in a residential pocket near Belmont Boulevard, close to 12 South, Music Row, and Edgehill. You'll see students, families, and neighbors out walking at all hours. Come evening, head up to the rooftop and watch the city glow.

Edgehill Village, with its cafes and patios, is about a 10 minute walk north. Music Row and its historic studios are around 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

The Gulch is roughly five minutes away, and Broadway is just a few minutes beyond it. We suggest Uber or Lyft for nights downtown, and comfortable shoes for daytime.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
