This home sits in Hope Gardens, a small historic neighborhood on the west edge of Germantown. It's a great base for groups who want space and convenience. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park is about a 10 minute walk, with paths, fountains, and views of the Capitol. The Nashville Farmers' Market is roughly a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about five to eight minutes by car. Rideshares are easy to find here.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 25 miles of Nashville).
