Wedgewood Avenue and the streets around it are lined with older homes and new townhomes, all a few minutes from 12 South. It's easy to spend a whole day here between coffee, boutiques, and long lunches. A night in with the games is never a bad plan here.

Sevier Park, a favorite for picnics and playgrounds, is about five minutes away. 12 South's boutiques, restaurants, and the "I Believe in Nashville" mural are about five minutes by car or a longer walk.

Most of Midtown and downtown is within a 10 minute drive. We suggest Uber or Lyft for nights downtown, and comfortable shoes for daytime.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 25 miles of Nashville).
