This home sits on a quiet street in 12 South, just a few blocks from one of Nashville's most loved neighborhood strips. Mornings here start with a walk for coffee and end with a swim by the pool.

The 12 South strip, with its boutiques, restaurants, and the "I Believe in Nashville" mural, is a short walk away. Sevier Park, a local favorite for picnics and playgrounds, is about 10 minutes on foot. Belmont University is a quick drive north.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 10 minutes by car, and The Gulch is about eight. Rideshares are easy to find here, and we suggest them for nights downtown.
