12 South's boutiques, restaurants, and the "I Believe in Nashville" mural are about five minutes by car or a longer walk. Edgehill Village, with its cafes and patios, is about a 10 minute walk north. Hillsboro Village, home to the Belcourt Theatre, is a short drive west.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 8 to 10 minutes by car. Rideshares arrive quickly in this part of town.
