This home sits on a quiet street in Franklin, a short walk from The Factory. There's a real sense of history here, and it shows on every block.

Historic Main Street and the Franklin Theatre are about a 15 to 20 minute walk or a quick drive. Pinkerton Park and its trail along the Harpeth River are a short drive away. The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, a historic horse farm turned public park, is just up Franklin Road.

Cool Springs shopping is roughly 10 minutes away. Rideshares are available, though they can take a little longer than in Nashville.
