Wedgewood Avenue and the streets around it are lined with older homes and new townhomes, all a few minutes from 12 South. Evenings are relaxed, and downtown is close when you want a big night out. Come evening, head up to the rooftop and watch the city glow.

12 South's boutiques, restaurants, and the "I Believe in Nashville" mural are about five minutes by car or a longer walk. Belmont University and the historic Belmont Mansion are roughly a 10 minute walk.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 8 to 10 minutes by car. We suggest Uber or Lyft for nights downtown, and comfortable shoes for daytime.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
