This home is in Franklin, about 30 minutes south of Nashville, in a neighborhood of older homes and big trees. Mornings are made for coffee on the porch and a walk to breakfast.

The Factory at Franklin, a restored factory full of shops, restaurants, and event spaces, is about a five minute walk. The Carter House and Carnton, two important Civil War sites, are each about five to ten minutes away.

Downtown Nashville is about 30 to 35 minutes by car. Rideshares are available, though they can take a little longer than in Nashville.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
