I love this part of town because it feels like a real neighborhood while keeping the best of Nashville close by. Evenings are relaxed, and downtown is close when you want a big night out.

Edgehill Village, with its cafes and patios, is about a 10 minute walk north. Sevier Park, a favorite for picnics and playgrounds, is about five minutes away. Belmont University and the historic Belmont Mansion are roughly a 10 minute walk.

The Gulch is roughly five minutes away, and Broadway is just a few minutes beyond it. Rideshares arrive quickly in this part of town.
