This neighborhood sits between Belmont University and the top of 12 South, two of the most loved areas in town. It's easy to spend a whole day here between coffee, boutiques, and long lunches. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

12 South's boutiques, restaurants, and the "I Believe in Nashville" mural are about five minutes by car or a longer walk. Belmont University and the historic Belmont Mansion are roughly a 10 minute walk.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 8 to 10 minutes by car. Rideshares arrive quickly in this part of town.
