This home sits in North Nashville near Tennessee State University, a quiet residential area with quick access to downtown. It's a great base for families, groups, and anyone who loves history.

Ted Rhodes Golf Course, a public course along the Cumberland River, is a short drive away. Hadley Park, opened in 1912, is considered the first public park for African Americans in the country.
