The streets around 18th through 21st Avenue North are quiet and residential, yet the city is right there. You can walk to coffee in the morning and be downtown in minutes at night.

The Tennessee State Capitol and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park are about five minutes by car. Vanderbilt University and the West End dining strip are a short five minute drive. Just ask, and we'll share our favorite places nearby.

Downtown is about two miles east, so most rides are quick and inexpensive. We recommend rideshares for nights downtown so you can skip the parking garages.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
