This home sits just off Charlotte Avenue on the north edge of Midtown, about as central as Nashville gets. It's an easy place to come home to after a concert or a long dinner.

Fisk University and historic Jefferson Street are about 15 minutes away on foot. Charlotte Avenue itself has casual restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store close by. Centennial Park and the Parthenon are roughly 20 minutes on foot or a quick drive.

The Gulch and Music Row are each about five minutes by car. Uber and Lyft are easy to catch here at all hours.
