You're staying about a mile west of the State Capitol, in a neighborhood that has quickly filled in with modern townhomes. It feels like a neighborhood, not a hotel district, which is exactly the point.

Elliston Place, home to the Exit/In and a classic soda shop, is about a 10 minute walk. The Tennessee State Capitol and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park are about five minutes by car.

Lower Broadway and the Ryman are roughly six to eight minutes away by car. We recommend rideshares for nights downtown so you can skip the parking garages.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
