I like this neighborhood because it's close to so many great areas without the crowds. It's a comfortable base for families and groups who want room to spread out.

Wedgewood Houston's galleries and studios are a short five minute drive. The restaurants and shops along 8th Avenue South are right around the corner. Geodis Park, home of Nashville SC, and the Fairgrounds Nashville are roughly five minutes away. Just ask, and we'll share our favorite places nearby.

The Gulch is roughly eight minutes away, and Broadway is just beyond it. Rideshares are reliable here and usually arrive quickly.
