12 South's boutiques, restaurants, and Sevier Park are about five minutes by car. Geodis Park, home of Nashville SC, and the Fairgrounds Nashville are roughly five minutes away. Berry Hill, a tiny city full of recording studios, is about five minutes south.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 10 minutes by car. We suggest a rideshare for nights downtown.
