Germantown's restaurants and First Horizon Park are about five minutes by car. Tennessee State University's campus is about five minutes away. Fisk University, home of the Fisk Jubilee Singers, is close by. We're always happy to share our favorite spots nearby.

Midtown and Centennial Park are roughly five to eight minutes away. A car is handy for exploring, and parking at the home is easy.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
