Staying near Hillsboro Village means great coffee, easy walks, and quick access to Midtown. It's quiet at night but close to everything. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

Vanderbilt University's campus is roughly a 5 to 10 minute walk. Fannie Mae Dees Park, known locally as Dragon Park for its mosaic sea serpent, is about a 10 minute walk.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 10 minutes by car. WeGo buses run on 21st Avenue South if you prefer transit.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
