This pocket between Vanderbilt and Belmont has a classic college town feel that I really love. It's quiet at night but close to everything.

12 South's boutiques and restaurants are about five minutes by car. The Belcourt Theatre, a beloved independent cinema, and the Pancake Pantry are about a five minute walk. Fannie Mae Dees Park, known locally as Dragon Park for its mosaic sea serpent, is about a 10 minute walk.

Centennial Park is roughly five minutes away by car. Much of what you need is walkable, so the car can rest.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
