You're a short walk from Hillsboro Village here, a few blocks of independent shops, cafes, and a historic movie theater. It's quiet at night but close to everything. Save some energy for the rooftop; sunset up there is one of my favorite Nashville moments.

Fannie Mae Dees Park, known locally as Dragon Park for its mosaic sea serpent, is about a 10 minute walk. Belmont University is roughly 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

Music Row and The Gulch are each about five to seven minutes away. WeGo buses run on 21st Avenue South if you prefer transit.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
