I like this neighborhood because it's close to so many great areas without the crowds. It's quiet in the evenings and convenient all day.

The restaurants and shops along 8th Avenue South are right around the corner. Belmont University is about a five minute drive west. Geodis Park, home of Nashville SC, and the Fairgrounds Nashville are roughly five minutes away. Wedgewood Houston's galleries and studios are a short five minute drive.

Most of the city's main sights are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Rideshares are reliable here and usually arrive quickly.
