Our location is also located very close to downtown Historic Franklin which is considered one of the best hidden gems in the country.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is one lower level on the backside of the quadplex and will accommodate all types of groups. It features a beautiful landscape for leisure and fun with friends and family. The open floor plan kitchen and living area is great for entertaining and socializing while the modern luxury, fully stocked kitchen will suit even the most experienced chef.

PLEASE NOTE: This is located in a quadplex and the entrance for this unit is located on the backside of the building. This is a lower floor unit with a rental above it so please note there may be some noise from neighbors.

This home is in Franklin, about 30 minutes south of Nashville, in a neighborhood of older homes and big trees. It's a great fit for families, couples, and anyone visiting Franklin.

Historic Main Street and the Franklin Theatre are about a 15 to 20 minute walk or a quick drive. Pinkerton Park and its trail along the Harpeth River are a short drive away. The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, a historic horse farm turned public park, is just up Franklin Road.

Cool Springs shopping is roughly 10 minutes away. A car is the easiest way to get around Franklin and into Nashville.

Directly across from Harlinsdale Farm (The Park at Harlinsdale is a 200-acre park that has been called the most significant historic farm associated with the modern Tennessee Walking Horse industry.)

The City of Franklin Parks Department maintains several river access points for those who enjoy canoeing/kayaking, fishing or swimming on the beautiful Harpeth River. Those access points are listed below. (See map at bottom of page)
