This home sits near Salemtown, just north and west of Germantown, a quiet residential area with quick access to downtown. Mornings are peaceful, and dinner is never far away.

Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park is about a 15 minute walk or a quick drive. The Nashville Farmers' Market is next to the Bicentennial Mall and worth a morning visit. Germantown's restaurant row along 5th Avenue North and Monroe Street is about a 10 minute walk.

Most of downtown is within a 10 minute drive. Many guests walk to dinner and ride home.
