The Belcourt Theatre, a beloved independent cinema, and the Pancake Pantry are about a five minute walk. Vanderbilt University's campus is roughly a 5 to 10 minute walk. Belmont University is roughly 10 to 15 minutes on foot. 12 South's boutiques and restaurants are about five minutes by car.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 10 minutes by car. Rideshares are easy to catch along 21st Avenue.
