I love Franklin for its Main Street, its history, and its slower pace. Mornings are made for coffee on the porch and a walk to breakfast.

Pinkerton Park and its trail along the Harpeth River are a short drive away. The Factory at Franklin, a restored factory full of shops, restaurants, and event spaces, is about a five minute walk. The Carter House and Carnton, two important Civil War sites, are each about five to ten minutes away.

Interstate 65 is close by for trips into Nashville. Rideshares are available, though they can take a little longer than in Nashville.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
