This corner of West End sits right at the edge of Centennial Park, one of my favorite places in the whole city. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

Centennial Park is a few minutes on foot, home to the full scale Parthenon replica, Lake Watauga, and summer concerts on the lawn. Elliston Place, with its classic soda shop and the Exit/In music club, is about a five minute drive.

Most of Midtown is within a five minute drive, and Broadway is about 10 minutes beyond that. Uber and Lyft pick up right at the door, and WeGo buses run along West End Avenue.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
