Our West End homes sit between Centennial Park and the Vanderbilt campus, so mornings here tend to start with a walk. It feels calm and residential, yet coffee, brunch, and dinner spots along West End Avenue are close by. Come evening, head up to the rooftop and watch the city glow.

Midtown's restaurants and bars around West End and 21st Avenue are a quick drive or a long, pleasant walk. Sylvan Park and the shops along Charlotte Avenue are about five minutes west by car.

Downtown is roughly 10 minutes away by car, and rideshares are easy to find on West End Avenue. Bring walking shoes; the Parthenon, the Vanderbilt campus, and several coffee shops are all reachable on foot.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 60 miles of Nashville).
