This historic building sits in the heart of downtown, where old brick storefronts meet the neon of Broadway. It's busy and exciting, and coming home to a real apartment makes it even better.

Lower Broadway's honky tonks are roughly a five to ten minute walk. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Bridgestone Arena are about 10 minutes on foot. The Nashville Public Library's main branch on Church Street is a lovely stop on a rainy afternoon.

East Nashville is about five minutes across the Cumberland River. Rideshares and pedicabs are everywhere downtown.
