I like this part of town for groups because it's central without feeling hectic. You get the space of a neighborhood stay with the convenience of a central address. Save some energy for the rooftop; sunset up there is one of my favorite Nashville moments.

Tennessee State University's campus is a quick five minute drive north. Vanderbilt University and the West End Avenue dining strip are about five minutes by car.

Downtown and The Gulch are roughly 10 minutes by car. For nights out, a quick Uber or Lyft saves you from hunting for parking downtown.
