This cozy home sits in Green Hills, one of Nashville's most established neighborhoods, known for its shopping, dining, and beautiful tree lined streets. It's a calm, comfortable base for couples, small families, and traveling pets.

The Mall at Green Hills is about five minutes away, and the legendary Bluebird Cafe, where songwriters share their stories in an intimate setting, is close by on Hillsboro Pike. Radnor Lake State Park, a favorite for peaceful hikes, is roughly 10 to 15 minutes away. Hillsboro Village and Belmont are each about eight minutes by car.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 15 minutes by car. Rideshares are reliable here, and a car is handy for exploring.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Pets allowed – $175 fee applies, please keep pets leashed outdoors.
