This is a practical, central neighborhood with Centennial Park on one side and The Nations on the other. It's an easy place to settle in after a full day of music and sightseeing. Save some energy for the rooftop; sunset up there is one of my favorite Nashville moments.

The Nations, with its breweries and the famous painted grain silo, is about a seven minute drive west. Tennessee State University's campus is a quick five minute drive north.

Interstate access is just down the road, so getting to Nashville International Airport or downtown is straightforward. Walkers will find the Parthenon and a few good lunch spots within reach on foot.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 60 miles of Nashville).
