This townhome sits in South Nashville near Thompson Lane, in the Radnor and Woodbine area. Rooftops here often catch views of the downtown skyline. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

Nolensville Pike is lined with Mexican, Kurdish, Vietnamese, and Middle Eastern restaurants and markets. The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is about five minutes by car. Berry Hill, a tiny city full of recording studios, is about five minutes away.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 10 to 15 minutes by car. Rideshares are reliable here.
