You're a few blocks off Charlotte Avenue here, one of the city's most useful corridors for food, coffee, and everyday errands. Groups like that everyone can spread out here and still be 10 minutes from Broadway. The rooftop is made for slow mornings with coffee and late nights under the stars.

Sylvan Park's leafy streets and neighborhood restaurants are around five minutes away. Centennial Park and its Parthenon replica are roughly a 15 minute walk south, perfect for a morning stroll.

Lower Broadway is about 10 minutes away by car, and I-40 is close by for trips across town. Rideshares are plentiful and usually arrive within minutes.
