This is a practical, central neighborhood with Centennial Park on one side and The Nations on the other. You get the space of a neighborhood stay with the convenience of a central address. After a full day out, the rooftop is the best seat in the house for watching the skyline light up.

The Nations, with its breweries and the famous painted grain silo, is about a seven minute drive west. Elliston Place and its historic music club, the Exit/In, are about a five minute drive.

Lower Broadway is about 10 minutes away by car, and I-40 is close by for trips across town. Walkers will find the Parthenon and a few good lunch spots within reach on foot.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
