You're staying in South Nashville, near Nolensville Pike, one of the city's best food corridors. Rooftops here often catch views of the downtown skyline. Save some energy for the rooftop; sunset up there is one of my favorite Nashville moments.

Nolensville Pike is lined with Mexican, Kurdish, Vietnamese, and Middle Eastern restaurants and markets. One Hundred Oaks shopping center is a few minutes away. The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is about five minutes by car. Berry Hill, a tiny city full of recording studios, is about five minutes away.

Nashville International Airport is about 15 minutes away. Rideshares are reliable here.
