I love recommending South Nashville to groups who want space, parking, and great food nearby. Rooftops here often catch views of the downtown skyline. Save some energy for the rooftop; sunset up there is one of my favorite Nashville moments.

The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is about five minutes by car. One Hundred Oaks shopping center is a few minutes away. Coleman Park and its community center are close by.

Downtown and Lower Broadway are about 10 to 15 minutes by car. We suggest Uber or Lyft for nights downtown.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 60 miles of Nashville).
