This townhome sits in South Nashville near Thompson Lane, in the Radnor and Woodbine area. Rooftops here often catch views of the downtown skyline. The rooftop is made for slow mornings with coffee and late nights under the stars.

Berry Hill, a tiny city full of recording studios, is about five minutes away. Coleman Park and its community center are close by. The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is about five minutes by car. One Hundred Oaks shopping center is a few minutes away.

Geodis Park is roughly 8 minutes away. A car is handy for exploring.
