West End is where Nashville slows down a little: tree lined streets, college energy from Vanderbilt, and Centennial Park right next door. The rooftop is made for slow mornings with coffee and late nights under the stars.

Sylvan Park and the shops along Charlotte Avenue are about five minutes west by car. Centennial Park is a few minutes on foot, home to the full scale Parthenon replica, Lake Watauga, and summer concerts on the lawn.

Most of Midtown is within a five minute drive, and Broadway is about 10 minutes beyond that. Bring walking shoes; the Parthenon, the Vanderbilt campus, and several coffee shops are all reachable on foot.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.
