I love this pocket of West End because you get a real neighborhood feel while staying close to everything in Midtown. It's a great base for families, college visits, and groups who want space without giving up convenience.

Vanderbilt University and its stadium are roughly a 10 minute walk, which makes game days and campus tours simple. Elliston Place, with its classic soda shop and the Exit/In music club, is about a five minute drive.

Lower Broadway, the Ryman, and Bridgestone Arena are about 10 to 12 minutes by car. We suggest a rideshare for nights downtown so nobody has to worry about parking.

A level 1 EV charger is available upon request. Let us know if you’d like to use it, and we’ll have it delivered to the home for you.

Local guests must inquire before booking (within 60 miles of Nashville).
